We will need your debit or credit card details and your contact telephone number to make your appointment.

On our first visit to Chi-Yu, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the time of your treatment for your complimentary initial consultation.
For your relaxation and comfort, we kindly request you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time on all subsequent visits.  Thank you.

Please be aware that a minimum 24 hour’s notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation made less than 24hours in advance will incur a cancellation charge for the full fee of your treatment.

We provide a complimentary SMS reminder service 2 days in advance of your appointment, please let us know upon booking if you would like to take advantage of this service.

If you are late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your treatment in the time we have available.  However, if we have a client booked immediately after you, we regret that the length of your treatment will have to be reduced and the full fee of the treatment will be charged.

We reserve the right to request payment for missed appointments (unless sufficient notice had been given), the full fee of the booked treatment will be charged and a request to pay in advance for their future treatments maybe requested (at manager’s discretion).
